Mayor Wolcott stated that she would like to see two things: 1) establish a better understanding of those who would like to use transit

schedules and limit the non-ADA.
Ms. Schenck stated that we are a non-ADA city. She then reported on fee increase and zones.
Council Member Alton stated that the intent of Dial-A-Ride is to help disabled and people who need medical attention services and that he is not in favor of giving kids a ride for movies. He suggested going forward and look at increasing those types of fares.
Council Member Alton inquired about cancellations.
Ms. Schenck stated that it's part of the contract.
Mayor Wolcott spoke of the importance of data, northwest valley transit study and having conversations with Valley Metro and MAG.

Community and Recreation Services Director, Mark Coronado gave a powerpoint presentation regarding 2013 Festival.
Mayor Wolcott stated that her feedback from last year's festival was that more was needed.
Ms. Combs stated that their goal is to increase the number of participants and artists.
Council Member Alton asked for clarification on the meaning of juried.
Ms. Combs explained that all artists provide a variety of photos including photos of their booths.

Council Member Williams stated that he hears about the need frequently; that there is a tremendous need in terms of open space and facilities to take their kids to and that the 3.2 K does not solve any of our problems.
Mayor Wolcott agreed and stated that there is an outstanding need and that promises were made that we have gone back on.

Assistant City Manager Mihelich stated that this project was approved in 2004, that it is consistent with the zoning and the pad and that it meets the requirements and standards.

The applicant Mr. Major from KB Homes spoke of a similar product on Tatum and Greenway.

Sheila Marden of Sun City Grand discussed the process of the HOA's, the committee is okay with this idea. She suggested having consistency within all trails.
Ted Carr spoke of the need for markers on golf courses.
